15 years of experience working with clay, 8 years of teaching ceramics professionally. Your pieces will be handled with gentle care.

 

Order Requirements

  • Maximum piece’s height for a Full Kiln rental is either:

    • 24 inches if no shelves are needed

    • 6 inches per shelf otherwise (4 shelves or more depending on height of pieces)

  • Pieces must be at least leather hard.

  • Thick pieces must be pierced or hollowed.

  • No armature, glue, or any other foreign material may be in your clay. Paper clay is ok.

  • Wipe off all glaze rom the bottom of your pieces.

  • In most cases, pieces will be placed on cookies to prevent damage. You may provide your own or I can prepare them for an additional fee.

  • I may ask you to provide photos of the labels of the clay and/or glazes used.
